The Medical Centre was last inspected by the CQC in April 2016 and were rated as outstanding. The report noted that the practice had a clear vision and strategy to deliver high quality care and promote good outcomes for patients. Staff were clear about the vision and their responsibilities in relation to it and the practice proactively sought feedback from staff and patients, which is acted on. The patient participation was active. The inspector spoke to seven patients during the inspection. All patients said they were happy with the care they received and thought staff were approachable, committed and caring.
